Terms of Use
By downloading or using Cerebro Pilot (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own professional reference. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or resell the app.
Medical disclaimer
The app is a decision-support and educational reference tool for qualified healthcare professionals. It does not provide a diagnosis, is not a medical device, and must not be used as the sole basis for any clinical decision. All outputs — including scores and drug doses — must be independently verified against primary sources and your local protocols before acting. You remain fully responsible for all clinical decisions. See the full medical disclaimer.
Subscriptions
The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Current prices are shown by Apple at the point of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. The standard Apple licence also applies: Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
