Cerebro Pilot is a decision-support and educational reference tool for qualified clinicians. It does not diagnose, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for clinical judgement.

The app is intended solely for qualified healthcare professionals familiar with acute stroke care. It is not intended for patients or the general public.

Not a diagnosis or treatment authority

Scores, classifications, time metrics and drug-dose outputs are aids to structured assessment only. They must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment or any clinical decision. Always integrate the clinical context, examination, investigations and your local protocols.

Verify everything

Independently verify every calculation and drug dose against the primary source, the current product information and your institution's guidelines before acting. Thrombolysis and antithrombotic decisions in particular carry significant risk and require senior and, where appropriate, neuroradiology and stroke-team input.

Scales and pathways are based on published instruments and current AHA/ASA acute ischaemic stroke guidance. Guidelines and product information change; confirm you are working from the current version.

In an emergency, follow your local emergency and stroke-pathway procedures. The app does not contact emergency services and is not a monitoring device.
